A 4 week program perfect for anyone nervous about going to the gym, new to working out or even if you’ve had a break and looking to get back to it! Varied full body workouts starting with the basics and gradually progressing at a pace that suits you, to learn all the exercise techniques and make these session’s enjoyable.

  • Classes on Saturday or Sunday at 11.30am (30 mins)
  • Maximum of 4 per class giving you the best learning experience
